September is here and we know that summer’s containers will be done soon, but boy o’ boy, this late blast of heat has really spurred bloom.
Here are some images of Superintendent Lesley Parness’s home container filled with Cardinal and Balloon Vines growing up the branches of a dead fig tree.

She writes, “Here are two of my containers that are still doing well. I overwinter them inside then [adding] annuals in the bare spots when I put them out.”
