Arboretum Leaves in Mail

The Summer issue of the Arboretum Leaves is done and on its way to all our members. It's chock full of information about this summer's programs (which are also posted to our website's Events page).

By the way, if you are a member and would like to receive the Leaves electronically via email (as an easy-to-open pdf), then email Ann Abrams with "Paperless Arboretum Leaves" in the subject line.

TinyMCE Implemented

TinyMCE is a WYSWYG editor that allows drupal users an easier way to create formatted input to drupal.

By selecting the "Filtered HTML" input format, TinyMCE is activated. Different formatting options are implemented as buttons arrayed across the top of the input window. Headings, links, ordered and unordered lists and a variety of other styles can be implemented without having to remember (or type) cumbersome html markups.

If you later need to edit the html, this can be done by entering edit mode and selecting the "Full HTML" input format.

It's Raining

It would appear it's raining for the next several days. Rain is good for plant Wikipedia has lots to say about rain.
