VIRTUAL VIA ZOOM
Join intrepid garden traveler, obsessive gardener and past Friends President, Sue Acheson, as she takes us on a Zoom tour of "Botanic Gardens from Coast to Coast." Sue will show seven public gardens from California, Colorado, Missouri, Pennsylvania and North Carolina, in all seasons and in a broad range of climate zones.
With inspiring, beautiful photographs from each, Sue will show what we can learn from each of these gardens to raise our home gardens to the next level.
All of these gardens are Sue's favorites, along with many others she will save for another day.

Vibrant shades of pink can be found all over the gardens at the Arboretum, from a large, beautiful Rhododendron in full bloom (the common and generic names come from Ancient Greek, rhodon = rose and dendron = tree), a lovely pink and cream Peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Gay Paree'), a shocking pink Dianthus (Dianthus gratianopolitanus cv. Firewitch) and a Blood Red Geranium (Geranium sanguineum) all doing their very best to put on a show for visitors to enjoy.
