Did you know that there is a group of interested gardeners that meet bimonthly on a Monday afternoon at 1:30 PM to share their love of gardening?
The Club reads and discusses gardening books, talks about garden trips, shares gardening successes and failures and exchanges ideas.
The book for September is The Arbornaut: A Life Discovering the Eighth Continent in the Trees Above Us, by Meg Lowman. She is an intrepid explorer of the tree canopies which exposes a new area of plant and insect existence. Ms. Lowman invented many ways to get into the tree canopy and make it accessible to people.
