Bird Spotting

Recently spotted at The Frelinghuysen Arboretum – the Blackburnian Warbler.

Backyard Foraging

And speaking of edible weeds, author Ellen Zachos teaches us which to eat and how to cook ‘em on Saturday June 13 at 10. This would be a great “couples” class or a way to introduce field botany to your favorite young person (ages 8+)

Cherries Jubilee

Chef Cynthia Triolo will be cooking up a cherry storm on Sunday, May 31 at Cherries Jubilee. She has some sweet surprises planned, such as cherry clafouti, cherry mess and of course, the dish that started it all for Queen Victoria.
