Happy Summer!

The next time you are visiting The Frelinghuysen, why not stop by the Reception Desk and borrow one of our board games.

We have chess, checkers, all kinds of children's games and Scrabble for Gardeners!

POTTING SHED Demonstration

Do you have company for the July 4th weekend?

Bring them to The Frelinghuysen for a POTTING SHED demonstration by floral designer Marge Hulstrunk, followed by a tour of the grounds. No registration is required.

Then, take "Gardens, Tame and Wild," the new photography exhibit by Mary Jasch in the Atrium Gallery.

A Little Night Music

Coming up on Friday July 17 - "A Little Night Music."

Enjoy an outdoor performance by guitarist Alan Rigoletto ( and a dessert sampler from Matilda's Café.

What a great way to spend Friday night (from 7pm-8:30pm).

Biblical Botany Walking Tours

The Biblical Botany Walking Tours are filling up.

If you read the bible, Old Testament or New, you will be fascinated by the number of plants growing here with a connection to the Holy Land. Register for the Sunday July 19th tour by clicking Morning or Afternoon.

Matilda’s Café is now open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through Fall from 10:00a to 5:00p. Why not stop by and enjoy a menu item?
