Kokedama is Calling

This coming Sunday, learn about kokedama at the Potting Shed at noon, then enjoy a Walking Tour with a knowledgeable docent at 2pm.

For in between time, bring a bagged lunch – you can ask at the Front Desk for a map of good picnic spots.

Or, enjoy lunch at Matilda’s Café and don’t forget to ask for your Friends member discount.

No registration is required.

Books and Dessert: Perfect Together

This afternoon, we sampled desserts that will be featured at Cooking the Books: Summer Fruits on Sunday August 14.

Raspberry fool and an Amaretto flavored flummery. Delicious!

Beading made Easy(ier)

All the tools and materials needed to create a lovely beaded bracelet will be provided for you at the Bead Weaving Workshop on Saturday, August 13.

Just bring your fingers and get ready to learn from the pros – Janet Palumbo and Reem Iverson, who have taught bead weaving for many years.
