Members Only New Year's Party

Marta McDowell lectures Sunday January 15th on her latest book, All the President's Gardens, which tells the untold history of the White House Grounds, starting with George Washington and ending with Michelle Obama's kitchen garden.

Following Marta's talk, please join us for refreshments and a toast to Superintendent of Horticultural Education, Lesley Parness, who will retire in February.

It's not too late to become a member and join us on this special day.

Dried Flower Workshop

Using dried herbs and flowers from our very own cutting garden, join professional Floral Designer Marge Hulstrunk as she guides you through the process of making your own dried flower wreath in either of two totally different designs.

The program is Saturday, January 28th at 1:00pm.

Save the Date! Benjamin Blackburn Scholarship Lecture


This year's speaker is R. William Thomas, Chanticleer Garden's Executive Director and Head Gardener. He lectures from his book, "The Art of Gardening: Design Inspiration & Innovative Planting Techniques from Chanticleer."

Chanticleer Garden in Wayne, Pennsylvania is known as one of America's most romantic, imaginative and exciting public gardens.

The Blackburn Scholarship Lecture takes place on Saturday, February 4th at 2:00pm.
