Harbingers of Spring

Bus Trip to the Mt. Cuba Center

Celebrate the arrival of spring with a bus trip to Mt. Cuba Center in Hockessin, Delaware. Renowned for its spectacular displays of wildflowers and native plant research, Mt. Cuba Center will be in its peak spring bloom just in time for our visit. Rejoice in their extensive trillium collection, dogwood paths, lilac allees, slopes of wild columbine and other spring ephemerals. Our knowledgeable tour guides will help us understand the pivotal role native plants play in our environment. Get ready to be wowed by one of the most fabulous displays of wild flowers in the Mid-Atlantic region.

We’ll also visit an excellent nearby nursery for some fun plant shopping.

Eat a good breakfast, pack your lunch, and we will provide drinks. Enjoy your lunch in a room reserved just for us.

Please wear closed shoes, suitable for uneven and muddy terrain.

Register by Thursday, April 25. Please note: No refunds after Friday, April 26.
