Many different interests are showcased at this event including: mushroom identification, toxicology, mushroom dyes for wool, paper making with fungus, mushroom cultivation, medicinal uses, and the ever popular cooking demonstration with exotic mushrooms from Phillips Mushroom Farm in Kennett Square.
